What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is contact thru phone, email or booking on my website. Due to Covid, all services are virtual. Consultations will be done thru Zoom then I'll began the preparation upon agreement. All documents can be transferred safely and securely in my clients portal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m IRS Certified and also Quickbooks Certified for taxes preparation and bookkeeping. Taxm planning certification.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing starts can vary and will be determined at the end of the consultation. Individuals with dependents start at $320.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started about 8 years ago working for a small franchise. In 2016, I decided to branch out on my own and start my own tax firm.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I'v e worked mostly with small business owner's, S corp and C corp clients. I've done bookkeeping for a variety of small businesses.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I'm proud that I took the time to further educate myself. Due to the pandemic, there have been several tax changes. I'm confident in knowing that I have the expertise to asssit my clients during this difficult time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that communication is clear so that both parties get a great outcome.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Research and see if the pro specializes in your area or needs.
