I've been in business since 2017, but have over 30 years in experience. I like the versatility of being my own company. Having control over providing the BEST in customer service is very fulfilling. I like listening to my customers and hearing them. That's the only way to be better at what I do and I love it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most people have busy days and time is limited. So, we offer virtual assistance for everyone via online or app. We have a form that a customer can just fill out that allows us to complete the return. We are available for questions during the entire process. Normally it could take just a few minutes to complete if we have all the documents needed. We can also meet in person at a mutually agreed upon location. We verify EVERYONE'S identity to avoid identity theft.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified with the IRS with over 30 years accounting and bookkeeping experience. I have all 4 insurance licenses and I am licensed Nationwide for taxes and 16 states with insurance which includes life, health, adjusters and P & C.

Prices begin at $225 for a non-itemized return and up. Business and complicated returns are individually priced.
How did you get started in this business?
I started with my own taxes when I had my first job. I was doing it for free for years for family and friends because I liked it so much. Then, I realized that I could do this as a business and figure out a way to help people in the process. I love numbers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always do your research on a company BEFORE doing business with them. Check the IRS website to see if they are listed on there. A legitimate tax business should be listed, unless they opted out. We are listed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask a question even if you think it isn't relevant. Provide all documents even if you think it isn't needed. It could make a different in a refund or how much you may owe.
