About
Client service is our job. Every firm offers tax preparation, accounting, and all that goes with alphabet soup after our names. We focus on you.
We're so committed that if your tax return isn't ready in a week after we talk and you turn in documents, it's free
I often get the comment "I just don't understand the tax code." The only reply that you should accept from a professional is "if I said I understood the tax code I'd be lying." You're not alone, it's complex. We use years of experience, education, and professional judgment to get you the best outcome.
That said, we love learning about you and/or business so that we can strategize for you.
Our biggest differentiator: we review the return with you. You should have a chance to ask questions and understand what you're signing.
We look forward to earning your business and learning more.
I love that I get to learn about so many different businesses. It's so exciting to see the lightbulb go off. We know we're doing our jobs.
