We take the time and ask the questions to truly maximize clients tax returns. If your last return was done in a short time with few questions MONEY was left on the table. We know taxes inside and out and make it work for you not the IRS. Most tax people just do not understand all there is to know. We study hard. We are financially independent and debt free. Not a 10$ hour employeee doing your return!
We enjoy helping people. Most have never been to a full service office. The franchise offices (H&R Block etc) are not full service and most CPA's are only interested in the 15 minute tax return which never helps the client. 2 minutes on the phone with us and you will know you are speaking to someone who thoroughly understands taxes and accounting and business and how to make it all work for you NOT against you like most companies. We make solutions NOT problems.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss their income and ALL expenses. Most only discuss income. We devise a strategy to limit tax liability immediately and in the future so you keep what you earn and not hand it over so easily.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly studying the latest tax code and ALL new tax credits that come out every year. Most preparers have no idea what credits are available, they just do whatever the software says. They are not helpful to their clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge the same as every one else for standard returns. In cases where we can do more we make you money. For instance a basic return is $79 and you get a refund of $529. We do additional work that gets you $2821. Our feee will go up but you walk out the door with thousands when everyone else sent you out the door with only a few hundred. Most have no idea the true tax refund they can receive because they have never had a company with the knowledge to perform such a return. Most want to do the 15 minute tax return and do volume instead of truly helping someone. Every customer we have stays with us for this reason. It is evident after speaking with us.
How did you get started in this business?
We are truly gifted in numbers and taxes. Some are gifted in one or the other but not both. Therefore we LOVE helping people and watching them light up like a Christmas tree when we tell them the outcome of their return.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with them all and specialize in personal taxes but do business as well. Many work one place and have some sort of side business. We make this work for you instead of against you like most think the additional income will hurt them but they dont understand the additional expenses they can write off!

We helped a kids event many times a year giving gifts to those less fortunate
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get 2 quotes or more. Take the time to find a true professional that will make you money and not cost you money. We make our customers money when doing their return.

What can I do to limit my tax liability and get my money back from the IRS. If they cant answer that immediately and thoroughly, find someone who can
