What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial discussion to ensure the relationship will be a good fit for both the client and the firm. During the conversation we discuss their goals and objectives. A comprehensive financial plan follows then the client is brought through or onboarding process to become a new client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are two Certified Financial Planners CFP® on staff along with an MBA. There is more than 65 years of investment management experience in the firm. Twenty Twenty Investment Advisors has extensive relationships with CPA's, attorneys, life insurance agents and other professionals to provide referrals as needed. We maintain a fiduciary relationship with all clients and accounts.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We are fee only. The standard pricing is a tiered percentage fee for assets under management. We do also offer fee for services as well.
How did you get started in this business?
The desire to help people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily work with individual and family wealth. We do manage a number of trust accounts, endowments and corporate retirement accounts.
