I liked most that the environment she created was open and non-judgemental. I could speak to her about life and she would truly listen. She helped me understand lies I believed about myself for my entire life. I know if I ever get back in a place where I need to reach out, I can always go back to her. I still have troubled days but with her help, I can differentiate between the lies I believed and bad days. I can never thank her enough for all she has done for me.
