Diversity Solution Services was founded in 2011 with the purpose to bring financial education to individuals and business owners through accounting and income taxes.
What began as a local office has now evolved into a firm with a mission to serve our entrepreneurs throughout the states. We are now Diversity Accounting & Tax Firm and we are proud to hold a 5-Star review by our clients, whom we have served throughout the years.
Being able to educate individuals and business owners on finances. Seeing how they understand their taxes and their business fiances is one of our greatest satisfaction.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a call with a prospect client to get to know their business and the need for our services. We will ask the appropiate questions and and any information or documents needed to evaluate the business needs. After the call we will evaluate the information provided and proceed with an engagement letter to work together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Tax Accountants, certified in Quickbooks Online. We have been working in the industry for more then 10 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our prices can range from $150 to $850. We like to evlualte the clients' business before we can determine what price they qualify for.
How did you get started in this business?
It all started with our personal finances. We couldn't find a tax accountant that cared, that was actually looking for our best interest. We figured that there were more people ging through the same situation, so we decided to open an accounting and tax firm to be able to provide quality service and offer peace of mind to many idndividuals and business owners.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are a very diversified firm. We work with clients in various industries, from construction to spas, from sales reps to musicians. We find it very satisfying to learn all types of industries and deliver quality service to our clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
As someone said before, we work with people we like. Make sure that the accountant you work with is someon you feel good about and who inspires trust. You want to work with someon who will always look for your best interest. This is something that is of great value, but you can't really put a price on it.
