I have been helping people navigate through the complex tax issues we all face today for over 30 years in a professional capacity. I am a Registered Return Preparer with the IRS and participate in the IRS E-filing system each year. I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Tax Preparers and have a client base during tax season of over 500, ranging from individual to self-employed, S and C corporations and estates. I enjoy the challenge our ever changing tax system provides us and have to admit tax season is the most enjoyable time of work for me. Changes in tax laws happen yearly and I stay on top of those for my clients so they don't have to. For person to person tax needs I provide service in a very private, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in my home office. For my clients out of town, state or country, I provide service via my secure web portal, using emails and phone calls, when necessary, to attend to their tax needs. I am very passionate about our taxation process and make sure I help my clients get the best 'bang for their buck' without spending too many of them with me.
As a certified bookkeeper, I can handle the set up of your accounting processes and perform your bookkeeping needs including A/R, A/P, and payroll on a weekly, monthly and/or quarterly basis to meet your needs. I will make sure your books are always in order and your tax requirements are met. Working as a certified bookeeper allows me to keep my fees lower than a CPA firm, but with the same knowledge.
Technology enables remote applications for most every employer and business need, and although my office is in Oakwood, Georgia, My office set up allows me to remote in to client applications when ncessary, so the client will not have an extra person on payroll, which saves my customer time and money and allows me the ability to service several customers at once.
I work solely by referrals in my one personal office and do sometimes bring on a trusted, vetted individual to help during tax season. I am not currently using social media platforms, but I am interested in expanding my services to include social security advisement for my clients who need that service and to also bring in those small to mid-size companies who need bookkeeping, but, for various reasons, do not have the capital to bring on an employee, or purchase the necessary equipment and software to perform the job properly.
