I utilize evidence-based therapeutic strategies to assist people in becoming their best self. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a nationally-certified counselor through NBCC and a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. Currently, I am accepting new clients for counseling via teletherapy. Please reach out.
