What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the client or having a conversation over the phone. I listen to the client and find out what their needs are as well as their concerns. After my initial conversation, set a time to meet and do my very best to ensure my client is happy

I have a sta card pricing system which starts at $100 and depending on what the client needs that fee can be adjusted
How did you get started in this business?
I started because I needed to have a better understanding of taxes and new tax laws to maximize refunds for myself and family
