How did you get started in this business?
I saw a long term relationship between preparers and customers missing so I decided to start my own business to bridge the gap. My customers can contact me for any tax issue for 12 months/365 days a year.

Do your research. Google the person or company. Check with the Better Business Bureau, Secretary of State, and licensing.
