We want to teach people about their options and sustaining better financial options.
We enjoy taking the fears out of tax preparation for our customers. We meet our customer's needs and help them understand their tax returns, tax brackets, and the impacts of procrastination on getting their tax paperwork filed. Helping someone with their tax return is rewarding because we understand how frustrating it is when you are unsure, we help to minimize those fears.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a standard client profile or mobile app to gather information and we enter the confidential client data in to our system, with efforts to find all possible areas to help mitigate taxes owed. Not every client receives a refund, yet we work diligently to provide the best possible services to our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our preparers are college graduates and IRS-trained and certified tax preparers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Tax preparation is based on the number and type of forms used for the filer. We start at about $300 (each tax return is different) and proceed from there. We always discuss with our clients their costs and expectations, there are usually no surprises when working with us.
How did you get started in this business?
In 2010, I found myself unemployed and it was a matter of realizing it was tax time and decided to take a seasonal job as certified tax preparers, training included. I signed up, learned what to do for customers, and how to seek out all possible options to maximize a refund. I kept learning and exploring options to move forward with servicing friends and family year after year and growing clientele. I made it a legitimate business 4 years ago when I realized it had become a passion to help individuals with their tax returns beyond the regular tax season. Offering additional insight on money matters became the foundation of my services. Not all tax returns yield a refund, however, I can help others minimize their tax debt. Recently I began bookkeeping for some of our business clients to help sustain their expenditures for yearend reporting. We service over 160 clients in over 5 states. Our clients are mobile and virtual, especially since the onset of the pandemic. Having compassion for our customer's needs and also working to ease any concerns they might have relating to their tax information because at the end of it all helping people is our goal.
