What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Contact information (name, email, telephone),
2) time & date of preferred massage appointment
3) any pertinent information you think Massage Therapist needs to know.
* Massage Therapist arrives 10-20 min prior to start time of massage appointment to setup so that appointment starts on time.
* client is to provide sheet set (top and bottom sheet) unless discussed prior to massage appointment start
