I am a Marriage and family therapist intern, operating under a supervised therapist. to establish my MFT license., I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that guides clients to better self-awareness, helps gain new perspectives, and benefits in decrease symptoms. I provide support and counseling to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I enjoy working with individuals and families to navigate the challenges of life, whether they are personal, with family, or with peers. Areas of interest include Couples counseling, parenting, anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep problems, transitions and adjustments, and family communication.
