I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of clinical experience. I have education, training, and experience in many aspects of mental health including grief and loss. I believe a balanced approach to wellness must include a combination of therapies, consisting of focusing on goals as well as an understanding of clear individualized care strategies unique to the client. My goal as a therapist is to meet clients where they are in their journey in a non-judgemental fashion. I desire to support clients from a path of distress and barriers to a journey of empowerment and increase quality of life.
I enjoy working with people and being witness them restoring balance to their lives. I am currently accepting new clients for telemental health session.
