At Courageous SELFcare Specialists, LLC we provide counseling and life/business coaching sessions uniquely designed to fit the needs of each of our clients. We believe that if you master the 5 key components of overall self care, which are; Physical Health, Mental Health, Financial Health, Emotional Health and Spiritual Health, then you will be able to master life and not allow it to master you.
I love being able to help someone tap into their full potential. I love the look on the faces of married couples who are in reconciliation. It brings me great joy to know that I can help impact lives by doing what God has called me to do.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction, discuss New Client Intake Form and Client Waiver Agreement. Overview about services Courageous SELFcare Specialists, LLC offers and service/s that are being providing for the new client. You will also go over expectations for both the client and specialist.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in Christian Counseling. Certified Lay Counselor, Christian Counselor and Life Mastery Coach. Substance Abuse, Suicide, and Domestic Violence Training. Juvenile Delinquent Youth Offender Mentor.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Individual sessions are $80, Couples (not married) are $120, Married couples are $150, Life Coaching are $120 and Business Start-up Consulting starts at $150. We provide discounts for advanced payments of multiple sessions. Please contact us for more details.
How did you get started in this business?
I had past trauma and was stuck in a toxic relationship. I dealt with death and depression. It was not until I sought counseling that my life began to change for the better. I was so overjoyed about the results I received that I wanted to help others as well. So, I received my bachelors degree in Christian Counseling, training and Certifications in Lay Counseling, Christian Counseling and Life Mastery Coaching.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with individuals and couples seeking counsel for trauma, depression, toxic relationships, career direction, mental health, Spiritual guidance and business start up.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
It was years in the making but I've just officially started a non-profit organization called Courageous SELFcare Foundation, Inc. The foundation's mission is to service the underserved so they too can have the essential necessities which are afforded to every other human being. We believe it's a right for every human being to have access to food, clothing, shelter and health care; no matter their socioeconomic status. We will be providing clothing, food, scholarships and counseling services to those who cannot afford it.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
This journey to self discovery and wholeness is not a sprint but a marathon. Your past trauma and current disposition did not happen overnight so your healing will not either. This will take some time, effort and patience on your part. So ask yourself, are you willing to put in the work?
