I have been in the tax preparation business since 2015. I started completing individual taxes and added on business taxes in 2017. I started my journey because I was taken advantage of by tax professionals and I wanted to learn how to prepare my personal taxes and also help others who felt they may have been taken advantage of by tax professionals. I also cater to individuals who may not can come to me to get their taxes prepared. I have my own branded software which allows me to keep my clients' fees low. I enjoy the personal relationships I build with my clients and look forward to building more relationships.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally introduce myself and see what they are looking for. If I can be of any assistance, I provide them with a free quote. If they want to proceed, I get permission before submitting in documents.
