What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process includes getting to know the client one and one and building a personal relationship with the client. I believe relationships are the cornerstone of successful business relationships.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently possess a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, a Master of Public Administration in Community and Economic Development, and a Phd in Nonprofit Management and Leadership.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do have a modest standard pricing system. However, this may not be the case with all clients as my pricing is indicative of the services the client is in need of, which may be a combination of multiple services.
How did you get started in this business?
I completed a certification with the FDIC in 2007 and enjoyed the course thoroughly. I decided years later to venture into the tax preparation business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with several caliber of customers, including individual and business clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise all customers to look for a pro who has passin for what he/she does and experience.
