What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client to goal is to make the process of filing as easy and convenient as possible.
Clients are directed to a secured website to forward their documents for review and reach back out to them via phone and text to get things wrapped up. There is also an option to download my app on their phones to stay abreast of their account. All documents that require signature are forwarded securely via DocuSign and processed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Talisha is an authorized IRS E-File Preparer, with an IRS Tax Preparation Pin and has been preparing taxes for over 10 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies based on forms needed to file. They are affordable and usually not up front charges. Fee is able to be taken out of accepted tax return.
