What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the customer contacts us and we speak with them to establish exactly what they need, in a very timely manner, an appointment is made, we meet with the customer and assure that they are taken care of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a commissioned notary for 3 years, doing general notary work in the office for my former employer. I am certified through the NNA, National Notary Association.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For general notary work requiring only 1 signature within a 20 mile radius, the starting fee is $25. Each additional signature is $5 and $10 per 20 mile radius.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started about 3 years ago as a former employer suggested that I get commissioned to assist with general notary work for the office.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with elderly clients, families needing assistance with power of attorney, wills, auto sales and mortgage documents.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A young lady who had never heard of mobile notary services contacted us through the website to inquire about our services and pleasantly surprised that we were able to get to her location within the hour, notarize her documents and even dropped them off to fedex for her.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To know exactly what they need and expect from company or individual and understand pricing.
