What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will provide details of papers needing to be notarized, signing location and date/time. Notary will always drive to the client. Payments will be received prior to forms being completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years of customer service, 4 years of federal government security training, state of Georgia commission and National Notary Association certified loan signing agent.

I received my commission from Henry County superior clerk and then passed the written LSA examination.

Real Estate, POA, Deeds, Affidavits, Title Loans, Wills, Trusts, Business Origination, I-9 forms and more.
Real Estate docs, jail signings, hospital signings, nursing home signings and finger prinitng services.

I passed the NNA loan signing agent exam.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire a pro who has experience, is convenient and has great reviews. For general notary work make sure to check your paperwork for unofficial witness(es).
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you in the same area of the notary and if not are you willing to pay for travel cost? What date, time and location do you want to schedule the notarization?
