What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with an onboarding call to get on the same page about their goals and needs.

Once that's done, we'll have a 60-90 minute call to hammer down a clear marketing message, which we deliver as a Brand Message Guide and Marketing Action Plan, so you know exactly how to put your clear message into action.

Then, GuidePost will help you create the actual materials you need to create marketing campaigns that work - websites, email campaigns, and lead generators, along with social media plans and brand strategy. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified StoryBrand Guide which means I use a communication strategy that humans have used for thousands of years to share ideas and drive people to action. It's a 7 part framework that positions your company as the Guide your customers are looking for to solve their problems.

Pricing is done based on the project and the scope of work that needs to be done. Marketing your business isn't a one-size-fits-all thing. We create a custom plan for each client that takes into account their goals, their needs, and their budget. 

How did you get started in this business?

I began by applying these marketing techniques to my own small business and saw the business take off. Once I started helping other businesses and saw them experience the same success, I was all in!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Lots of companies across a broad spectrum of industries from local fitness and studio businesses (martial arts, CrossFit, dance) to dentists, furniture manufacturers, life coaches, as well as software and IT firms. 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure your agency understands the transformation you create in your customers' lives. People don't buy on features and benefits. They buy because of how you make their life better. 

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Pricing, timeline, return on investment, and the relationship they'll be able to build with their agency.
