What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consultation to see if the client and I are a good fit to work with each other. Then a designated number of sessions based on client need.

How did you get started in this business?
Finding a way to deal with the many emotions associated with personal tragedies in my own life is what lead me down this career path.

Clients experiencing loss from divorce or death of a loved one who need to find something positive and healing.

Pet loss recovery event facilitated at the Humane Society. People think pet loss is not as traumatic as human losses but my pets are my family.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Grief and loss are detrimental for so many different areas of your life. Find a way to honor yourself or your loved ones life by learning to move on and do your best to make it a positive transformation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
There is no question to big or to small. All grief is individual and has to be handled based on the individual needs of the client.
How do you feel in regards to your recent loss? Anger, sadness, relief ect... all feelings are valid, I want to know your initial emotions. How do you see yourself acting after your loss? Are you turning to food, alcohol, shopping? Let's get rid of all those childhood myths associated with grief.
