What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please hire a professional you are comfortable with. Sometimes, it's difficult to secure a professional who bonds with your learning style. As an example, some people are visual learners and the professional would need to incorporate a lot of visual materials during sessions. I try my best to establish a helpful relationship with my customers and learn my customer's strengths and opportunity for growth. It is also important that a customer looks for a professional who can measure customer success with real tools. In example, a customer should be able to start with a baseline and determine if services are effective.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
One of the most important questions to ask is, how could I benefit from seeking professional help?
