How did you get started in this business?
Counseling is a passion, as I desire to see people living their best life. I started by counseling close friends. Therefore, I have a 'best friend next door approach to counseling.' I aim to get to know you and help you solve issues as if we've known each other for a lifetime. The person centered relationship, empathy, and rapport that I establish with my clients is the most important aspect of counseling for me that I get excited about.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of customers in counseling, some of which are married with family and juggling a variety of issues, as well as individuals who are stressed, burnt out, depressed or trying to figure out a specific way of addressing a certain issue or problem. I have also helped corporations find their global plan of action as well as individual business owners find their sweet spot in their industry. In sum, I am able to counsel individuals to Greatness dealing with a wide range of issues from: Individual Psychotherapy, Couples (Singles; Pre-Marital; Marriage & Family) to Group/ Individual Crisis, Truama, Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment disorder, as well as Career/ Occupational Counseling. Reach out and let us know what's going on...?
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am recently fond of how people are navigating through the COVID-19 pandemic. Is there anyone out there feeling alone, or trying to get back to where they were before the pandemic, or just feeling like their sinking... We need to talk you...!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise customers to find a therapist that is invested in you. Look for those who are seeking a counselor/ customer relationship where you Win. Therefore, as I prescribe a variety of counseling methods including a Coaching style method that will have you feeling at the top of you mental game, and feeling like you're on top of your hardest problems.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should think through their issues and determine why it is important to establish a working relationship with a counselor or therapist. You need to tell someone about what's going on in your life (especially if you want that accountability). Often times we can't tell our family the truth about ourselves, so therefore we all need a therapist at some point in our lives... Come to us with a heart of transparency and let's work it out regardless of the situation...
