Upon recieving your request you will be contacted and scheduled to come in to office for a free consultaion. Based on your needs we will do a full medical exam and provdie a treament plan form one of our

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Each individuals treament and care plan vary based on the exam and symptoms. The cost of the treamment plan is giving after the exam and at that point you may choose to move forward or think about it. No cost is assesed if you do not proceed with care.
