We take the hands on approach. Even though we operate on a virtual system, we do meet with our clients in person if they are local and every the phone. We stay in communication with client so that they know what is going on with their business.
Knowing that I am helping them solve a problem that they didn't know they have. When running a business, owners know what they are good at and does not have the time to focus on the bookkeeping and the accounting aspect of the business. We help them solve that problem by being their full back office and support and get the job done!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The onboarding process consist of a getting all the information we need from the client. The type of software they use, source documents, bank statements and completed signed engagement lettetr with retainer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are QuickBooks certified on both desktop and online QuickBooks. We also are Xero certified and have over 17 years in the accounting industry.
