I give individual coaching to those in particular areas of grief, depression, stress and forgiving. My one on one approach with a true step by step method helps people heal in depression, and get their lives back. I am an ordained Pastor and a coach. I have been helping greiving people for years and my biggest help has been to grieving parents. I have had many losses from my daughter, parents, siblings, friends and through some self help techniques I came through those losses with my joy back. I have self help in depression methods that when followed will bring light back to a dark world in a nice timely fashion.
Watching a person go from a depressive state to seeing light and getting their hope and joy back. I am continuously studying on human behaviors and mindsets, depression and grief. I believe in constantly learning in the areas you are helping others in.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get them started on a path of healing based on where they are in their grief, depression, stress or inability to forigive. I give steps for them to take each session daily til the next session and there will be online courses for them to take to gain more insight into their problem. Work via msgr, phone, skype in order to have a wide range of clients from distant areas.

Starting basic rate for one on one sessions are $75 per hour.
To pay in advance for 4 sessions $280 ( a $55 discount)
How did you get started in this business?
In 2009 I began helping grieving parents in groups on social media. I have sat with some that were ready to end their own lives over their loss of a loved one. I have empathy and compassion for those who suffer the loss of a loved one. I help those in depression as well to get out from that dark pit of the abyss. I wrote a Self Help in Cognitive Depression paper for my nursing program where the professor requested I send it to the AJM.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Those seeking some relief from the misery of grief and/ or depression or both. I have helped those who have had complicated grief, or delayed grief, and have helped those who are sinking into depression caused by an external loss or trauma.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To look for one that has gone through what you are going through. To tell you their own method how they got through. and if they didn't need medications to help them, what kind of methods did help? Ask questions. Lots of questions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How willing they are to do the steps that are recommended by the coach/therapist. How ready are they for a change? How much effort they are willing to put in to getting well and not just go with the flow. Make sure you are ready for the help you are asking for.
