Yes, we use traditional forms of therapy but I also use holistic methods as well when in session. Hello, my name is Nakita! If you are seeing this it means that we have been matched up. Here and is a little about me. I am a passionate and hard working therapist that always remains client-centered, not diagnosis driven. Giving hope and inspiration is my favorite thing to do because the magnitude of change that happens after that moment is truly something magical. I believe wholeheartedly that you have what it takes to make the changes you need...or as I like to say sometimes "you are the universe, and the universe is in you. So that means the possibilities are endless..."Just being here today on this site means that you have the courage it takes to create this change. Since 2012, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. I truly care about my client's well-being and guarantee top of the line counseling and psychological services catered to their needs. I've been asked the question before "if you could do anything for the rest of your life what would you do?" and my answer would simply be "this!" I love my job and I love the work I do with the people I meet. I am humbled and honored to be part of my client's journey and look forward to seeing them change, grow, and develop.

During my professional career, I have traveled to other countries like China, Mexico, and Haiti and introduce traditional therapy to the people of those countries. Presented at profession based conferences on topics of love and relationships. Interviewed on the radio and for a book on various topics discussing such as mental health, addiction, and families, and lead and presented at several workshops on topics relating to mental health and holistic approaches.
