I am glad you are here. At times in life we experience relationship difficulties, anxiety, grief and unexpected challenges. Life is hard and you don't have to do it alone.
Whether you're an individual, couple or family I will embrace you where you're at. It's a privilege to journey with you toward understanding and healing. As a therapist, I am clinically trained in evidence-based approaches to help with stress, anxiety, depression, womens issues, relationships, marriage and family conflict.

How did you get started in this business?
Prior to graduate school, I've gravitated toward various capacities to help individuals and families. I believe the family is a significant foundation for our story. So it came somewhat naturally for me to pursue psychology in undergrad which led me to my masters degree.

My professional trainings have assisted me to journey with individuals, couples and families.

The therapeutic relationship is essential for therapeutic progress. My primary goal is that you would feel understood, safe and trusted.
