About
Our work stands out because we've been doing it for longer than most other small firms. We were conducting social media services before it was even coined "social media." We were founded in 2006 and simply used common sense and advanced Internet tactics to connect with new customers on behalf of brands.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll send a questionnaire to obtain all of the information I need to scope the project properly. From there, we'll begin with mockups and move forward at the pace the client prefers. We'll ask for approval where necessary and document our time spent so that we're always on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always on webinars and podcasts. When I take my lunch everyday, I'm in front of the computer reading industry blogs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No, it all depends on the scope of the project at hand.
How did you get started in this business?
I was in a band trying to leverage the internet to sell our music. When the band broke up, all I had was my knowledge of the web.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Social media, blogging, and web design and development. We killed it for Coca-Cola and a promotion they ran to target Gen-Y.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't be fooled by prices. Cheaper usually means less knowledge. If you're really looking for solutions, spend the extra money and you'll get a return on what you pay much quicker.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is the scope of the project? How much time do you think it would take someone to make it as perfect as you know you'll want it?
