Everyone in my company is technical, from the PM to the coffee maker. We only hire people who want to keep making themselves better, and in essence gives our clients a more up to date software with recent technologies. Our projects are efficient and on deadline as all involved parties are technical so our client does not have to be. We have been in business over 18 years so we are not going anywhere.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 - We have an initial call to understand requirements. Documentation is good but can be interpreted in different ways. On a call you can get answers right away and makes it more efficient.
2 - We do our research and comeup with a solution. Solution should come from us and not the client as we are the experts, you would never tell a plumber how to fix a toilet.
3 - Solution is reached and we set milestones with deadlines. We take the agile approach for efficiency.
Communication is the most important and we strive to keep it high to the point our client says its too much. 😄 haha
