Firstly, We record some basic information about the client. These details will be useful for automating basic tasks later on in the process.
We set up an onboarding call with all new clients. During this call, we clearly outline the 12-month plan and make it clear how you and our agency fit into the picture.
From there we create a plan to execute the KPIs and track along the way.
