We are a team of full stack solution providers. We work as a team that comprises of min. 4 resources per project, namely - Project Manager/Team Lead, Developer, QA and UI UX Designer (for mobile app or website projects) Involvement of PM throughout project's life-cycle is approx. 15% of the estimated completion time. Similarly, a developer is engaged for almost 60% of the whole duration. However, a QA is involved 15% and Designer is involved 10% of that completion time. Our hourly rate ($39.5) is basically mean of all of these independent efforts from each of the resources involved and it's non-negotiable since we're bearing the Upwork's fee on our own and are not charging our clients anything additional.
