What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients can take advantage of a free consultation for their accounting and taxation needs.
Clients are able to schedule appointments via our website or contact us directly for availability.
During the initial consultation, clients are able to inform us of what their current state of affairs are in their business, their short-term and long term goals, as well as their expectations of our service.
Clients are given an in-depth analysis of their business financial functions. Our experts construct a service proposal tailored to their needs to ensure qualitive performance. All details are emailed to the client in a Letter of Engagement for their review and signature.
Once collected, we immediately begin the onboarding process. Clients are set up on our account management system that offers a client portal to securely upload, view and sign documents, as well as review important information from their accountant.
Once the client has sent us all necessary financial information (i.e. bank statements, previous year returns, etc.), their accountant determines the best course of action to maintain or improve the client's financial processes, based on their needs and expectations. The accountant meets with all essential personnel to draft and implement an action plan.

Yes, most of our services have a starting rate or an hourly rate. Each client has unique needs and many factors determine the final cost of the service rendered. Once determined, the final cost of a service or services are sent to the client.
Hourly rated services:

Consultation $75/hour
Account Clean-Up $75/hour
Research Hours $125/hour
Standard Tax Services:
1040 Tax Preparation & Filing, starts at $350.00
S-Corp Tax Preparation & Tax Filing, starts at $650.00
C-Corp Tax Preparation & Filing, starts at at $750.00
