What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out & talk with you to make sure we're the best choice to help you with your needs.
After finding out how we can best help, we will schedule a date & time with you to either come to you or meet with you.
On the scheduled date we will make sure the work is done quickly & efficiently for you as well as done to your liking.
In the following 24 to 48 hrs. after the work is complete we will reach out to follow up with you to make sure there is no issues or additional questions you may have. If any issues do arise, we will work with you to make sure they are taken care of for you for no additional charge to you at all!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All agents are certified with the state of Florida as an active Notaty Public. Each agents has also completed the Fidelity National Financial TRID certification training & completed the National Signing Agent Certification through National Notary Association.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't be afraid to ask questions! If you're looking for someone to take of an issue for you, then more than likely it isn't something you are an expert on. Ask questions to learn more about not only what needs to be done but why it needs to be done & how it's being done.
