We offer services through telehealth or online HIPAA secured video appointments. I would be honored if you allow me to walk with you in your journey towards wellness of mind, body and Spirit. My specialties include anxiety, depression, addictions, grief/bereavement, PTSD, LGBTQIAN(+), and crisis and trauma. Our focus is person-centered which is customized to each client. We will uncover automatic thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back and challenge them with the “truths” of your life and replace them. It is a strength-based approached to help you journey towards the goals you set for yourself.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client that is interested in counseling services will receive a free 10 minute consultation and see if we're compatable. They will then be directed to a secure website and fill out the new client paperwork online. After the paperwork is received, we will schedule an appointment to get started on your personalized journey to inner peace and wellness.
