Loan signing service includes walking borrowers through loan paper work such as Grant Deed/ Quit Claim, PCOR, Hud 1 statement, closing disclosure, etc.
I check double and triple check my work for signatures, initials, dates and stamps. Any errors are fixed immediately.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer can contact me via phone/ text or email. When setting up the appointment I verify if ID is valid and non expired. We go over all fees such as travel, fee per page. I confirm if witnesses are needed, explain documents must be filled out prior to me coming in it's completeness so that we may have a smooth appointment and I adhere to cdc guidelines by sanitizing hands before and after every appointment as well as wear a mask.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Notary Commission FL expires 01-25-2025, NNA certified, NNA background check, E&O insurance 25,000, Surety Bond 25,000, Loan signing system certification.
