About
As a Mobile Remote Notary and Loan Signing Agent in the state of Florida (serving Tampa Bay and the surrounding areas), I specialize in closing real estate transactions involving mortgage loan documents for Refinance Home Purchase or Sale, Home Equity Line of Credit, and Reverse Mortgage. My expertise includes but are not limited to making sure legal documents (property deeds, wills, powers of attorney, marriage licenses) are authentic, checking the identity of the person signing the document, serving as a witness for the document being signed, collaborating with the buyer and seller, and notarizing all required signatures. As a part of my professional repertoire, I also work diligently to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, integrity, attention to details, and computer competences. I am certified and background checked through National Notary Association (NNA).
I love the freedom and flexibility of being a notary and meeting different people.
