About
While I do provide relaxing swedish massage sessions, my passion is in neuromuscular and scar tissue therapies that can easily be incorporated into deep tissue sessions. My fasia release techniques are just what you need to increase your soft tissue mobility which will help you get back to YOU. All sessions that I provide are to the minute. This means if you schedule a 60min massage you are getting exactly that, 60min of hands on time, so you can get the most out of your time and money.
If I had to narrow it down I would say improving the quality of life for others. Nothing more rewarding than that. ☺️

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first start with a new client I, of course, get a basic health history. After discussing the form, I like to get to know the client a little more by getting to know what they're day to day routine is like and most of all what they would like to get out of their session that day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the 13 years as a licensed massage therapist I've studied quite a few modalities that are kind of all over the board. I've studied thai massage for proper energy flow for the client. I've studied aromatherapy to great extent to calm the mind or increase focus. But my absolute favorite subjects to study are more corrective therapies such as myofascial release methods and active release therapy. Those modalities are where I see the greatest improvements in a clients physical wellbeing.

I've worked with all types of clients from many different walks of life. From the overstressed office worker, to athletes needing to improve their performance, to elderly clients with post-joint replacement surgeries.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just by adding a 1hr massage of any style only once a month can greatly improve your overall (mental, physical, and emotionally) wellbeing.💆🏻♀️🕉️
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Not so much a question really but all clients should know that they need to feel completely comfortable communicating with their therapist about anything. That's how they will ultimately get the most from their session.
