FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New custoemrs fill out an ideal customer profile which is used to pull contact records from our databasae of over 160 million contact records. Dont buy data - use ours.

We then load those records into an email platform, write compleling messages for each segment and send a steady stream of up to 400 emails a day. All you have to do is monitor your inbox fo replies, qualify opportunities and clsoe sales. We do the same thing in Linkedin as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In addition to having worked for Exacttarget email platform (Sold to Salesforce.com for 2.5 Billion) WebSideStory Web Analytics company (Sold to Omniture for 125 Million) and Eloqua, a Marketing Automation Platform provider (Sold to Oracle for 960 Million) we are also the founders of the Integrated Marketing Summit and Demandcon. Two premier educational marketing events for sales and marketing professionals.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We provide everything including the data, technology and services.

The cost of the data alone is more than the cost of our programs if you were to buy it yourself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

northAmerican Van Lines, Sirva, MoGene, Cournterstone Insurance, G2 inc, Jeffery Byrne and Associates, First Class Moving, A-1 Freeman, Beltmann, TESTCo, Teachers Learning Center, Real Media, Domuso, LuxBox Styles, EpayLegal, Story Tap to name a few.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Sales and Marketing programs start and end with data. The better the data the better the results. Imgaine if you could track what content a company is consuming? Doesnt it make sense to target companies reading content related to your products and services first?

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Who is your ideal profile?

What is your average deal size?
