What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When hiring on a new customer we typically ask for a 50% deposit. From there we will contact the client to review thier project needs and to brainstorm about the project details, feedback on design and your competition. After the intial review process we will generate 2-3 concepts based on the clients needs and feedback, follow up with a conversation about the concepts and begin the final modifications of the design. Upon approval we either hand the files over to the client or work with them to have it manufactured.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 19 years of experince in the print and digital fields of graphice design. I also have 2 degrees in Graphic Arts and Animation where I received many awards for my school projects.
