What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My interface with each client is based on their specific needs. often the focus is on priority management with an emphasis on, what i call WIN- what's important now.
Each engagement is individually tailored to the client's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified telefacilitator and a former RAC member. My education and training has ocurred over a 40 year career in business.

Coaching engagements are structured around weekly calls and meetings. Clients are invoiced upfront on a monthly basis
Most other work is done on a project basis.
How did you get started in this business?
After graduating from SUNY at Stonybrook i became a manager trainee in the restaurant business!
