What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Good day! I’m really glad you stopped by. My name is Esther Nelson I’m a licensed Esthetician at Luxury Lotus Spa. We are located in Tampa, Florida near USF (zip code 33613).
I specialize in treating acne, acne scars, and uneven skin tone for melanin beauties.
To start, I would recommend the new clients consultation.
With the consultation, I will have you complete the consultation form online prior to your appointment to help me do a little bit of research ahead of time.
I like to be able to provide you with the maximum value for your time and money.
The day of the appointment, I will sit down with you to go over your consultation form and ask you any questions that either wasn’t asnswered completely and to get a clear picture of your goals and desires. (Completing the form ahead of time will allow me to spend more time on your biggest skin care concern rather than taking time away from your scheduled appointment.
Immediately after, we will go into the treatment room where I will do an in-depth skin anylysis to see what your skin need( This is how I will decided which facial to perform for you)
After the initial consultation, I will perform a customized facial treatment for you based on the current condition of your skin and your skin care goals/desire.
After the treatment I will sit with you to provide some recommendations. During this time, we will discuss a plan of action to help you to start seeing results.
We will talk about the products that’s currently in your skin care regimen and what you may want to add in the future(if it’s needed of course)
