We are QuickBooks Online certified Bookkeepers. I am advanced certified in QuickBooks Online as well as QuickBooks Desktop certified. We offer setup, cleanup, training and Bookkeeping. I give my customers more personalized treatment than the average Accounting firm.
I have been working with clients helping them with business bookkeeping for more than 20 years. My goal is to help with financial growth by allowing the business owner to work on expanding their business.
I had a CPA of a new client tell me that he was was wary about looking at the client’s QuickBooks account based on the previous year’s cleanup he had to do. He told me he was pleasantly surprised when he found out it was cleaned up and maintained.
We are hands-on and work hand-in-hand with our clients to help them achieve their financial goals. I enjoy the satisfaction of partnering with my client on the growth and success of their business.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On our initial call with a new client I ask them about their business and discuss their bookkeeping needs to see if we are a good fit. We then send a quote that we ask that the client review and accept and request their business client information.

QuickBooks Online Advanced certification.

At Lily Rose Numbers we price our services based on the clients needs and expectations. Our monthly bookkeeping are priced on the number of transactions and accounts.
How did you get started in this business?
I was working for a CPA firm and asked to keep ledgers for some of their clients. I started using QuickBooks to make the clients books more accurate and less time-consuming. I became proficient at using QuickBooks Online.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with You Tube and TikTok entertainers, dieticians, lawyers, investors, landscapers and other service-based businesses.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have a client that came to me that told me they know they can count on me to get the job done and love my responsiveness and they know that when it comes to filing for PPP Loan Forgiveness or reaching out to the IRS they prefer dealing with me over their CPA.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My recommendation is to ask your potential Bookkeeper how they have helped other businesses in your industry. Make sure that you know what type of bookkeeping service your business needs and hire based on reviews.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What type of bookkeeping you need: setup, cleanup, training, monthly bookkeeping, quarterly bookkeeping, etc. It is important to know what you expect so the Bookkeeper has a clear understanding of your expectations.
