About

HTBH is a faith based counseling service and it's mission is to invest in individuals by promoting wellness, inspiring strength, and getting them back to being active with the help of the Lord. Techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based Approach, and Solution Focused are used from a biblical perspective to guide ladies to healing and empowerment.

Life is hard. It always helps to have some support to help you get through tough patches. It is such a blessing to know that person is wanting to change for the better and watching them become the change they want to see.

    Frequently asked questions

With a new client, I provide a FREE 30 minute consultation via in person or by telehealth platform. This gives the client and I an opportunity to see if we would make a good fit for each other i.e the client is comfortable with me and I am providing services that will benefit my client. Once, there is a mutual agreement to move forward, I set up a separate date for the client to complete consent forms, and intake forms ( the first payment will be rendered BEFORE session has started.

Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance at this time. I am a pay per service provider at $50.00 for telehealth sessions and in person sessions. Payment is made BEFORE session and I accept cash, check, money order, cash app, or paypal.

God gave me Healing The Broken Heart,LLC back in 2014, while I was still in graduate school. I always knew I wanted to establish a non-profit organization or private practice. It was not until after I graduated that I began to research and pursue this whole heartedly.

I have worked primarily with single mothers, teenagers, single women, and children that were struggling with homelessness, life transitions, depression, and anxiety.

A few things. The constant reminder of how far God has brought me, through a 7 year journey to finish Master's degree.

There are a lot of helpers out there. Decide on what you would like to change about yourself and discern if your prospective counselor can assist you in that area.
