What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new client, I provide a FREE 30 minute consultation via in person or by telehealth platform. This gives the client and I an opportunity to see if we would make a good fit for each other i.e the client is comfortable with me and I am providing services that will benefit my client. Once, there is a mutual agreement to move forward, I set up a separate date for the client to complete consent forms, and intake forms ( the first payment will be rendered BEFORE session has started.
