When a client seeks assistance or therapy it is a big step toward recovery. Personal issues must be reviewed and shared with the therapist. Dr. Ferrara realizes how hard can be to share personal information, thus holds the utmost reference for confidentiality and respect toward the client. The entire process is enjoyable. But perhaps most rewarding is when a client's eye's open and he or she sits up with new realization and insight on how to address and perhaps lighten the issue expressed at time of intake.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone contact to discuss need for services. Then intake session with paper work intake. Then proceed with intervention plan based on personal needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 40 years experience in psychology issues, certified New York and Licensed in Florida. Trainined and critified in hypnosis, and desesitization training as well as other models of therapy. All live phases have been addressed over the years from childhood to adulthood.
