What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We collect information about the client for both business and personal. We create a profile for the client, so that we can provide best service possible. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Frank Carosella is a graduate of Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York and holds a BBA degree in accounting. Frank is a Certified Business Manager (CBM) and has been a member in good standing with the Institute of Management Accountants since 1986. He is also a member of the National Society of Accountants, and adheres to the all professional ethics. After graduation he pursued a career in accounting at a medium-sized CPA accounting firm and thereafter he was with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu International – a big four accounting firm. After four years at the CPA firm, Frank made a decision to follow a path in the corporate sector. Frank’s first experience in corporate accounting was with Wall Street brokerage firms such as Salomon, Inc., Merrill Lynch (Teleport Communications), Prudential Securities and Wall Street Investors, Inc. He obtained assistant controller status at Wall Street Investors. Frank’s contribution to these firms was departmental efficiency and proper management of personnel. Thereafter, in 1995, Frank joined LDC Telecommunications, Inc., as its Director of Finance and Controller. He joined the company in the startup phase and together with others in management built the company to be the largest telecommunications marketing reseller in the country. At LDC he was named CFO. Frank has over 35 years of professional experience and is the founder of this new company.

We have very competitive hourly pricing for our bookkeeping and accounting services. We use fixed pricing for tax preparation services based on different forms used. 

How did you get started in this business?

Had an idea about providing businesses with an opportunity to outsource their accounting and bookkeeping work to a firm that will act as their accounting department at a fraction of the cost of an in-house accountant. 

Create an environment for tax preparation services that make it simple for our clients to communicate and get the experience of a full service accounting firm. Best of all we are less than many CPA firms, and with more attention to you! 

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with individuals, corporations and all sorts of business activity including nonprofits,  Partnerships, S Corporations, and a lot more. 

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We organized several companies providing them with accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and consultation services. They are now profitable and grieving. 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
