What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive an email or fax we typically follow up right away with sending an intake sheet. We complete the return and send it for review and an invoice. We are a reasonably priced firm that has been rooted in the community.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently hold an enrolled agent enrollment with the IRS and actively preparing to become a certified public accountant. I taught myself how to do taxes when I was 15 by hand
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have a standard price that is less than $200. But will vary with service provided.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My recommendation is for customers to look for tax pros they can grow with and are comfortable allowing them to advise them financially. You want a tax pro who is well rounded, knowledgeable and focuses in tax law year round. Not just January through April.
