I enjoy meeting my customers, either face to face or over the phone and LISTEN to them, to hear what their needs are? What deadlines exist, if any!

I have over 20 years of experience. Certification in Business Administration, Certification in Forensic Accounting, and hold a degree is Criminal Justice.

How did you get started in this business?
It's been over 20 years. I was interested in learning the field, and had an interest in the tax preparation services. Decided to take a class and thats when the journey began. I enjoyed working with people and this was indeed a challenge for me, I was in school at the time, wanted to be a law enforcement officer. But found my calling and I've been helping customers ever since.
